Newborn wheezing

Hi mummies. Wanted to ask your opinion. My newborn is about 18 days old today. And he has been breathing through his mouth and his mouth is always open therefore. And apart from that, he wheezed a lot esp when he drinks milk. And he never burps. Is this a concern?
