Is bamboo / hooded towel good for newborns?

Hi all mummies, wanna ask if bamboo/hooded bath towels are good for newborns? Or should I get muslin towels?

We use microfibre! Absorbs very fast and well and warm enough for baby. Muslins are not good, or atleast for me, its too thin
