Sariayu param, tapel & pilis

Any mummies used the sariayu pantang set during their confinement ? Is it good and does it help during confinement ? Do you use once a day ?

Tbh i only use them when someone was able to apply them for me. So i think i only used them for 2 weeks consistently - massuese aunty and husband helped to apply. After that, applying all these are the least of my priority and i dont really feel any difference.
