Heeelpp!! Yellowish Watery Poop 😔

Hi Mummies!! Sorry for the pics but wanted to seek advice if its normal. Fetch daughter from infant care on friday and teacher mention she has watery poop but she was all fine before i send her. And up till today its still continue. Every milk feed (formula), she will pass motion.
