Hello, I actually follow solidstarts on instagram for good suggestions for first foods. They are into baby led weaning but very informative even so. But for a feeding schedules etc @babyfeeding.coach is also very good (see her highlights) I also can’t remember what I did lol, played by ear. Started with foods, steamed mashed potatoes. Started one meal per day then gradually increased
