Haemoglobin rate

Hi any mummies can share what is the safest haemoglobin rate during 2nd trimester pregnancy? Any rate that is alarming and should be concern of?

I'm 26 weeks pregnant & my reading is very low and that explains the fatigue. I've always been anemiac because I have Thalessemia. My gynae changed my prenatal multivitamins to iron tablet for 2 mths intake. You can check your blood count if you have ever took any in the Healthub app. Can see from there the normal range and your haemoglobin count.
