I still eat mala during my pregnancy because cravings and my gynae gave me the green light to eat anything I want during my last trimester, but I always ask for less salt and oil. Eat in moderation! I think it’s up to your comfort level too.

I recently just ate mala xiangguo too and i m at my third trimester. Ask for less salt should be fine and of course not too often.
