Baby poop

Mummies out there! Any recommendations on what rash cream for my baby bum where it gets red? It is normal for baby to poop more than 5 times in a day? Any suggestions should I bring him to see the doctor??

I use drapolene for normal days and if it's red, u can try desitin. Get the purple one, blue is very strong
