Lactulose for Constipation

I was prescribed with lactulose and I ask for it because I can't poop for weeks. I take as recommended and now, slowly without it I can poop.

it's okay. my o&g prescribed me with lactulose during pregnancy as i had bad constipation for a while.

I am also taking lactulose now, my gynae recommended it to me
