Constipation @ 28 weeks preg
Hi mummies, is it normal to have constipation at around 28 weeks preg? If yes, any advice or remedies on how to go about?

Try eating prunes and Yakult. Helps to ease abit of constipation. :)
yes. take more probiotics or psyllium husk to increase fiber intake
banana/ dragonfruit. stool softerner prunr juice.
