rash, allergic or eczema?

Hi mummies, need ur help, im exclusively bf my 25days infant. he is having this rashes and it gotten worst today (the blue colour clothing photo). we have a appointment to pd next monday for checkup. is this heat rash, allergic reaction to breastmilk or eczema.
