Constipation

Hi Mummies & mummies to be. Does any of you get bad constipation even after drinking the lactose syrup? Any remedies to share / advise? #firsttimemom #advicepls

Not at all as lactose syrup does wonders and help. Alternatively, Ill drink ribena/yakult or have banana/papaya.
