Almost week 33 now, have been doing prenatal yoga almost everyday (same video lol) to get baby ready for birthing! YouTube “pregnancy yoga for optimal fetal positioning” it’s soothing and slow-paced. like with all exercises, good to get the green light from your gynae first before doing this (:
at 36wks i started doing deep squats, the "gelek", cat and cow poses, practice on push breathing etc.
Week 34, back just hurt too much, cannot walk for long too. Any ideas how to exercise?
