3.5mo caught flu

Hi mummies my LO is having cough and runny nose. The cough seems to be dry. I use sterimar but not sure if i use it correctly, the mucus getting watery but not like in those video, totally out She cannnot really breathe now. So poor thing. Not sure how she got the virus as well. pd say no meds only ask me to try wash use sterimar
