Hi mummies, like to check your lo at 1yrs old drink milk how many times per day? My lo have cut down her milk intake to 2 times per day in the morning (240ml) when she wake up n night (220ml) before she sleep. Is it enough for her?

My boy is taking 2 feeds everyday too, 270ml each time. I would like to believe it is enough for him.. since he is having 3 meals during the day.

    As long as the meals provide a balanced diet for her it should be ok.
