Perineum/Pudendal Pain After Natural Birth

Hi mummies! Will like to check anyone has encounter your perineum sore/pain after natural birth under epidural? Referred to Pain Team and told that it’s Pudendal Nerve issue. Given an option for a nerve block or to try out acupuncture. Do you guys recover without doing anything and how long does it take? Hope to hear from you, TIA!
