Heat Rashes?

Hi Mummies, do any one of you know what is this? Is it some kind of rashes, heat rashes? It appear on his back. Any cream for it? It feel like little bump feel

Can’t really tell but I use Sudocrem for heat rash. Also let baby go topless for awhile.
