Fresh breastmilk consumption

Hi mummies, as we all know, fresh pumped breastmilk must be consumed within 4hrs at room temperature. Any mummies exceed the 4hrs like 4hrs 30mins?

If you're worry you can always do a smell and taste check. Know how it taste like when it's spoilt and when it's fresh. So when you exceed the hour do a check and if spoil do not feed.
