Spectra S1+ breast shield size

Hi mummies, I’ve measured my nipple diameter based on the online guide from spectra. Technically I should be getting a 19mm breast shield size, but spectra only has 24mm, 28mm and 32mm. Any advise on whether the 24mm one will fit?

No it won’t if you mentioned you are 19MM. Your nipples will sore if you use 24mm. You can get flange inserts from shopee. Look for those that is compatible with spectra. https://shopee.sg/product/8051258/380673235?smtt=0.18947-1664081272.9

Hi! My nipple diameter is actually 15mm-16mm. Read online that I should add 4mm for the breast shield. Hence. Wouldn’t the 24mm one be too big? Thank you!
