Pump outside

Hi mummies, in the event you have to pump when youre out, more than once, how do you wash & sterilise your pump parts in between pumping ? #FTM

I will bring along my own soap (nursing room’s usually empty lol), wash once then pat dry with paper towel. If you wanna sterilise can bring along a small bowl/container, put hot water over your pump parts after washing.

I always get spare parts so i wash only when i get home. That was how i manage pumping outside last time. The most i will do is just rinse it first
