Hello Mummies!! Ima at week 9 now, and i missed having Korean Bbq, esp Kimchi! Jst to check, are we supposed to eat that??? can pregnant woman eat kimchi ?

I read somewhere saying we pregnant cant eat cabbage cause its cooling . N kimchi is fermented . We must eat fully cooked food . But I guess once a month shud be ok cause I just ate kimchi tt day 🤭 # can pregnant woman eat kimchi # can pregnant woman eat kimchi
