Miserable in 1st Trimester

Hi Mummies. I'm week 10 day 2, and still trying to cope with my symptoms of morning sickness, heartburn and indigestion. It only seems to be getting worse and I've read articles after articles and tried every tip, and even sought some basic medicines which seemed to be losing effect too. I'm feeling more and more helpless and miserable. Please share how you cheered yourself up during your first trimester and by what week did these nasty symptoms start to subside? I got it quite bad as well, all the way till 16 weeks. There wasn’t much that could comfort me too actually, and I really hated waking up every day. But I would say whenever you get some form of craving or appetite, just eat or drink it (provided it’s safe for you of course). Even if it’s not the healthiest option, it helps to fill you up and prevent the nausea from worsening! Never let your stomach get too empty. I always feel slightly better with some food. Seek solace from your husband and rely on him. And try to distract yourself with some entertainment you like. Also, I just puked whenever I needed to and I always felt better after that too.
