Miserable in 1st Trimester

Hi Mummies. I'm week 10 day 2, and still trying to cope with my symptoms of morning sickness, heartburn and indigestion. It only seems to be getting worse and I've read articles after articles and tried every tip, and even sought some basic medicines which seemed to be losing effect too. I'm feeling more and more helpless and miserable. Please share how you cheered yourself up during your first trimester and by what week did these nasty symptoms start to subside? Me too! The only food that i can keep down is fast food (mcspicy, zinger burger, fries, mashed potatoes, coke, sprite, 100plus). It only started fazing out for me only at 17-18th week? If i’m not wrong. I’m now at 22weeks4days and am still vomiting on and off but way lesser and it’s way better now. No amount of sour drinks could help me. Maybe you can try eating chicken pau or red bean pau? It helped me through out my morning sickness period. Hang in the mummy! 💪🏻
