Miserable in 1st Trimester

Hi Mummies. I'm week 10 day 2, and still trying to cope with my symptoms of morning sickness, heartburn and indigestion. It only seems to be getting worse and I've read articles after articles and tried every tip, and even sought some basic medicines which seemed to be losing effect too. I'm feeling more and more helpless and miserable. Please share how you cheered yourself up during your first trimester and by what week did these nasty symptoms start to subside? Hi, I’ve been miserable since week 4.5. Im now only at week 9 😭😭😭 but what helped me emotionally is to express in writing - I blog to complain and grumble. I also read up on how others are suffering too and won’t feel alone. Spousal encouragement and listening ear is impt also. Do things that cheer you up - it can be arts and craft, music, movies or dramas, or just talk a walk in park for fresh air helps.
