Miserable in 1st Trimester

Hi Mummies. I'm week 10 day 2, and still trying to cope with my symptoms of morning sickness, heartburn and indigestion. It only seems to be getting worse and I've read articles after articles and tried every tip, and even sought some basic medicines which seemed to be losing effect too. I'm feeling more and more helpless and miserable. Please share how you cheered yourself up during your first trimester and by what week did these nasty symptoms start to subside? I can totally relate. I’m on week 10 and most days my morning sickness are bad. On a good note, it’s not as bad as my first pregnancy. My nausea, bloatedness, and indigestion is terrible. And I’m extra sensitive too smell too, yes food smell makes me nauseous too. And now I’m at the stage where the after taste of plums makes me sick too. Thankfully for WFH arrangement, I take short break/naps and watch happy shows to cheer me up. And my husband has been supportive of me, so he took on some chores, and is ok with me not taking on as active role in household chores. Yes, I’ve not been cooking for the last 2.5 mths, so thank god for Foodpanda.
