Blood tint on toilet paper

Mummies, I’m in week 38. On off stomach tightness for the past 2 hours. And now there’s blood tint on the toilet paper after I peed. Should I go to the hospital? Ps: attached a photo of it. #First_Baby #pleasehelp

You might want to consult the labour ward/A&E as you are nearing to EDD. They will check if you are dilating and if cervix has already open.
