Hi mummies. Im a FTM.. spotted these small rashes on my 10 wks old baby's neck. Is this heat rash or allergic reaction? He dont seem bothered by it though. Thanks in advance!

Heat rash. Maybe due to baby having dry skin as well. Coconut oil helps.
