Hi mummies!
Im FTM, currently at 30w 4d. Suddenly today i feel my lower abdomen is cramp. The feeling is just come and go but bearable. How do i know if its braxton or contractions?
For contractions, it will get more and more painful until cannot move or talk with closer intervals.
if the pain is constant and eventually goes away, it is braxton hicks.
