Feeling Faint ?

hello mummies. im a first time month and currently 28 weeks and 6 days. for the first time i feel like fainting while turning my head when standing. is it normal ? im scared.

I also wanted to ask if you stood up too quickly from a lying position? Suggest you let ur gynae know on your next visit.
