Cough lozenges during Breastfeeding

Hi mummies, I'm currently in confinement and unfortunately done with dry throat and cough - not sure if the food are too heaty for my body. I'm also Breastfeeding so, would like to ask if there are any over-the-counter lozenges that are safe to consume while Breastfeeding? Thank you!
