what is it

Hi mummies. Im currently breastfeeding my LO. I suddenly have this pain in my breast, feels like someone just gave a hard punch to the side of my right breast.. dont think im engorged because i've pumped out milk and breast is pretty empty now. What is causing this?

I probably didnt express fully before today because my milk production is alotttt. So i usually feed my baby on one breast and i'll express out the other side. But i think i got caught up with some work i didnt manage to express fully.
