slight pain on left side

hi mummies! i’m currently 10 weeks as checked few days ago, did anyone experience any pain on left side of the tummy? is this normal? #adviceplease #worriedmomhere #newmom

Hi there! Throughout my whole first trimester I had a pain/ ache/ cramp feeling on the left side of my abdomen too (sometimes right, but mostly left). It gets worse when I suddenly stretch, or lift heavy stuff (ie core has to engage), even when laughing lol. I consulted my gynae and she said it was normal 🤷🏻‍♀️
