Weird and bloated feeling but not vomiting

Hi mummies. I’m always feeling bloated and very tight in the throat. I tried to vomit (manually) But nothing came out just random gags. It’s worse when I ate meat. Is it normal?

I also feel this way. like sth stuck there, throat abit hot. then have to vomit out to feel better.
