Breastmilk supply stopped

Hi mummies. I’m about 2 months PP. I used to be an oversupply pumping 1L-1.5L a day. It was so dreadful and I wanted to decrease the amount so I don’t overproduce. I then started to drag my pump and hoping the supply would drop but one day… the supply just completely stopped. Like just a few drops left.. I have not pumped since the past week since it stopped. Any ways to get it back? Or once it’s dried up means it won’t be back already? I’m very regretful since I won’t be able to feed my boy with BM now that my frozen stash has finished.

You can start by pumping regularly, no doubt it’s gonna take a longer time and harder but as long as you keep up with the pumping, it should increase overtime. Don’t forget to drink water too!

If milk supply dried up, it’s still possible to get it back?
