38 weeks. Anyone requested for Membrane Sweep?

Hi mummies, i'm 38 weeks 3 days today, 1cm dilated as of last week. I am wondering if anyone of you have requested for membrane sweep before? If yes, how did it go? The process, the pain level, how long jt take to give birth?
