Hot Flashes at Night
Hi mummies im 10 mths postpartum alr but im still having hot flashes at night any one know how to treat this or why is this happening?
- Hi mummies. Does anyone here suffers from postpartum sweating? I have been sweating day and night ever since I gave birth to my 2.5 month old baby. I could be sitting down doing nothing or even sleeping in an air conditioned room, I will start to have hot flashes. Sometimes to cool myself down, I had to take 4 or 5 showers in a day. I thought it might be the warm weather but it seems that its only me who's feeling warm in my family! Wondering when is my flashes ever gonna stop. Every day is like an OMG ? moment for me.Masrina K
- Anyone experienced sudden red spots on cheeks during pregnancy? It's not itchy, just flat red tiny spots on cheeks. It doesn't even have a head on it, sure does not look like a pimple. How do you tame it? Mine just magically appear after a bath and it kinda looks like hot flashes but I don't feel warm.Anonymous
- I am in my fourth month of pregnancy and I am going through a severe bout of hot flashes. Is it normal? Can anybody suggest some home remedy?
Taking a sip of cold water with ice usually helps. Also be aware of the foods that usually trigger your hot flashes. If you notice that you get hot flashes after eating spicy foods or drinking caffeinated drinks, best to cut down on those. Breathing exercises also help if the source of your hot flashes stem from anxiety.Anonymous
