Sweat palms

Hi mummies, i would like to ask if does any of mummies little ones tends to have sweat palms? My toddler used to have sweat palms, when going out have to standby fan or else her head will sweats all over.. and now my 4 months old having sweat palms on her feets. During her immunization checkup i do enquiry , nurse said it depends. Mummies do you have any tips? Or advise? I wonder if they grow older attending to school... please advise mummies:( Thank you.
