Breast pump

Hi all mummies, may i know by which trimester should i start buying breast pump as breasts/nipples keeps getting bigger so unsure when to purchase. afraid later buy from dimension size and also which brand is more recommended?

I bought the pump and it comes with a standard flange size. will buy another size if it can't fit after delivery
