Breast pump

Hi all mummies, may i know by which trimester should i start buying breast pump as breasts/nipples keeps getting bigger so unsure when to purchase. afraid later buy from dimension size and also which brand is more recommended?

I bought my pump first but bought my flange after i delivered as the person advised me that it is better to get after i deliver so the size is more accurate in a sense.
