Hi mummies, can i know if i can feed my 5mo baby nestum already? She show readyness whenever im eating or whenever i pretend to feed her..

To feed solids, your baby must be able to sit up unsupported with good neck control, lose the tongue thrust reflex etc. It’s best to start at 5.5 months or 6 months. Do keep a food log to see if she is allergic to any food. Try a new food at 1 time for 3 days at least.
