Getting mastitis quite frequently...should i stop pumping?

Hi mummies. I having my 3rd kid and have been pumping around 8months. I keep on getting matistis which cause me to have high fever. This is my 4th time getting matistis already and my supply keep on dropping. Some people say i should just stop, but i planning to feed my kid breastmilk as long as i can pumo out. Any mummies know why matitis keep on coming back?
