Hi mummies! I just entered my 2nd trimester, and I'm excited to be a new mum. Would you recommend antenatal classes? Are there classes for dads to attend with new mummies, any to recommend?

The one at seeds institute in collaboration w kkh - infant care training with caregivers is good! Hands on.
