Bleeding after walk at Week 13

Hi mummies, I am currently in week 13. I have spotting or light bleeding every time after slow walking for 10 to 20 minutes. Is this normal? Anyone experienced the same?

doc just give me injection and continue the hormone pill. (安胎药） i am now week 16, and I still have light bleeding at Week 15.
