Umbilical cord stump

Hello mummies. Can I check if this is normal for umbilical cord? The outside is drying but I just saw this. I tried wiping with tissue but doesn’t seem to stain or pus-like.

I was worried too, mine had some reddish and greenish stain and smelt like old socks. But I dropped on the 17th day even though it’s slightly wet. Try not to soak your little one in the bath
