Umbilical cord stump

Hello mummies. Can I check if this is normal for umbilical cord? The outside is drying but I just saw this. I tried wiping with tissue but doesn’t seem to stain or pus-like.

hi. u lipat pampers half ke dalam.. then bila mandi kan baby, u amek cotton ball, basah kan lap kat nanah tu. nanti lama2 tanggal.
