Subchoronic spaces and brown blood

Hi mummies, I am about 8 weeks and had my first scan last week. Gynae spotted a subchoronic space during the scan and i have been having brown blood discharge since week 5-6. Any mummies experienced this and went on fine? Thank you 🙏🏻
