EBM kept at room temperature

Mummies, how long can we keep EBM at room temperature for? Some say 2hrs, some say up to 4hrs.

Ever lost 2. Blessed to be a mother of 2 princess.

Hey, I think up to 3 hrs should be fine. Do smell the milk before feeding the baby just to check
