You will need wound care professionals to handle MRSA wounds. How did you get MRSA? It is usually hospital acquired. The hospital will run some cultures and you will be on a few course of antibiotics until you are MRSA negative. Usually the hospital will give you a referral to follow up with your wound dressings at other clinics. If you don't have any, the polyclinics are very capable to care for your MRSA wounds. I suggest that you do not do it yourself as it can be transmitted easily.

MRSA is the short form for Methicillin Resistant Staph Aureus. This is usually a hospital acquired bacteria that is less easy to treat. Suggest you get advice from your doctor about how to manage the wound.
