Hi mummies. Has your LO ever experienced persistent coughing that doesn't seem to resolve for sometime? Mine has been having it for a month now and the cough comes especially at night, and can hear the sound of phlegm too when he coughs. However, he doesn't cough throughout the night. Only about 2 or 3 times per night.
First, we brought him to the GP and was prescribed salbutamol. He ate it but the cough doesn't resolve. Just recently, we brought him to paed. And the paed prescribed salbutamol and antibiotics (clarithromycin). We haven't seen the effectiveness of the medicines yet though.
