Is it possible to relactate when baby is already 4mo?

Hi mummies! It has been 2 weeks since I last bf/pump due to personal reasons. However, now i’m willing to try again but as expected, little or no milk will come out when I pump and my 4mo LO is not that willing to nurse. How do I overcome this? Is it possible to relactate?

Yes, but it will require more time, effort, motivation and determination. Try power pumping and don’t skip sessions (even if there is little to no milk). This is to signal your body that you need the milk as it works on supply and demand.
